Zhou Jing: The steel structure of the stacker-reclaimer adds a secondary plate

Zhou Jing, a stacker-reclaimer in the sintering raw material operation area of the iron smelting plant, found that the accumulation of material on the No. 2 stacker-reclaimer was an important factor in corroding the steel structure. He thought that if a sloped sub-plate was added to the steel structure, it might solve this problem.

This suggestion was quickly approved, and the operation area not only added a sloped sub-plate to the stacker-reclaimer girder according to Zhou Jing's idea, but also installed a cleaning device with a wire brush on the walking structure of the large ring gear.

After receiving Zhou Jing's brilliant plan, the operation area organized the backbone employees to carefully discuss this problem, and felt that Zhou Jing's "plan" was not safe enough, and he had to make another "plan"!

Therefore, the operation area changed the past rubber cleaning material to wire rope cleaning material, which can not only greatly extend the life of the cleaning material, but also the cleaning device is easy to walk on the slope sub-plate, and the maintenance and replacement are more convenient.

Xiong Yanfei: The coke tank pipe at the end of the dry quenching furnace increases the connecting pipe.

Xiong Yanfei, an employee of the coking dry quenching operation area, said that in the "Give a Solution" activity, he personally experienced that "even if it is a small thing, as long as you do it carefully, you will reap the rewards". Faced with the laborious situation of converting ash accumulation on the floor of the original dry quenching furnace base to freight freight, he combined the production reality, studied technical theory, dug deep into the potential of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and came up with the method of adding the connecting pipe of the floor to the original tail coke groove pipeline of the dry quenching furnace body, so that the ash accumulated by production is directly dumped from the pipeline to the ash hopper collected by the tail coke, which not only reduces the amount of labor, but also recovers coke powder.
