Improve the mechanism and promote pollution prevention and control at a high level.

From December 20 to 23, 2020, the Ji'an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government insisted on overall planning and high-level promotion, and from December 20 to 23, 2020, successively issued the "Emergency Notice on All-out Dash Blue Sky Defense Action", "Notice on Emergency Control Measures for Air Quality Sprint in Central Urban Areas", "Emergency Notice on Launching Air Pollution Prevention and Control Sprint Action" and other documents, and formulated specific tasks around emergency control, environmental improvement, dust prevention, mobile source governance, industrial enterprise governance, etc , implemented in counties (cities, districts) and functional departments.

On December 22, 2020, Ji'an held an air quality sprint emergency management and control meeting chamber of commerce, established an emergency management and control leading group headed by the vice mayor in charge of the municipal government, and timely launched emergency control measures for air quality sprint in the downtown area. Since mid-to-late December 2020, the secretary of the municipal party committee, the mayor and the leaders of the city in charge have repeatedly given instructions, conducted in-depth investigations, and dispatched and deployed air pollution prevention and control, effectively promoting air pollution prevention and control.

Through joint supervision, industry supervisor supervision and territorial supervision, comprehensively carry out special rectification of dust at construction sites, ban on straw burning, catering fumes and other tough actions, supervise and inspect the implementation of industrial enterprises' compliance with standards and pollution prevention and control measures in the city, and the differentiated peak-shifting production control of industrial enterprises, and severely crack down on various gas-related environmental problems. 

During the emergency management and control period, the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and other municipal units were led by the bureau leaders to continuously supervise the implementation of emergency control measures for air pollution prevention and control in the downtown area around the clock.
